Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging where applicable.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons. Such exclusions will be mentioned on the product page where relevant.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
